Escape to Peru by never leaving Florida. Head to JAX Cooking Studio for a chef guided meal that will be a taste of the South America coast! We’ll start with chef made shrimp ceviche, then move to anticuchos with fried potatoes and sauces, we’ll finish the night with tres leches! Complimentary wine will be served during this event.

House Made Shrimp Ceviche
Anticuchos – Meat kebobs with Peruvian potatoes, topped with chalaquita and ocopa sauces
Choclo – Peruvian corn
Tres Leches – Moist cake of three milks

$75 per adult
Chef’s Kitchen: Guests in the Chef’s Kitchen cook the same menu as the rest of the class; however, they use the gas cooktop and convection ovens in the Chef’s Kitchen, and they dine at a special table set up for just them.

Leaving a gratuity is not required but appreciated if you enjoyed your cooking experience.
